Privacy Notice (KVKK)
How we process the personal data you share through our contact and quote forms.

1. Data controller
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by Fatih Yıldırım (Epoksi Ustam) as data controller, as described below.

2. Personal data processed
- Identity: full name
- Contact: phone number, email address (optional)
- Request details: service requested, approximate area, project location (city/district) and message
- Security: IP address and browser information passed to the form service provider when the form is submitted
- Advertising measurement (only with your consent): online identifiers such as cookie IDs, ad click information, IP address and browser information collected through Google advertising cookies
Information you share when contacting us by WhatsApp or phone (name, phone, photos, message) is processed for the same purposes.
3. Purposes
Your data is processed to respond to your request, prepare a quote, plan site visits and work, contact you, and prevent abuse of the forms and spam. Form data is not used for marketing or advertising and is never sold. If you accept advertising cookies, online identifiers are processed through Google advertising cookies to measure how our ads perform (for example, whether a visit from an ad led to a form, call or WhatsApp message).
4. Collection method and legal basis
Data is collected electronically through the website forms, phone, WhatsApp and email, and processed on the legal bases in KVKK Art. 5/2-(c) (processing necessary for entering into or performing a contract) and Art. 5/2-(f) (legitimate interests of the data controller, provided your fundamental rights are not harmed). Processing through advertising cookies is based on your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1), which you can withdraw at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of each page.
5. Transfers
The website has no server or database of its own that stores form data. Form submissions are sent directly from your browser to our form service provider Web3Forms and forwarded to us by email. Emails are held on Google (Gmail) infrastructure. As these providers’ servers may be located abroad, transfers are made in line with KVKK Art. 9, solely to respond to your request. If you accept advertising cookies, measurement data is transferred to Google LLC (USA) and Google Ireland Ltd. on the basis of your explicit consent and in line with KVKK Art. 9. Your data is not otherwise shared with third parties, except with authorised public authorities where required by law.
6. Retention
Quote and contact requests are kept for up to 1 (one) year after the request is concluded; if a quote becomes a contract, statutory retention periods apply. Data is then deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed and request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction under Art. 7 and notification of these actions to third parties; object to outcomes against you arising solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
8. Applications

No:26 D:3, 41700 Darıca/Kocaeli, in line with the Communiqué on Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller. Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
